Antara kelebihan Firefox ialah:
- pelunsuran tab
Ciri itu tidak memerlukan anda membuka banyak tetingkap untuk memaparkan laman yang dilawati. Ia memudahkan penyelengaraan tetingkap dan mengurangkan penyepahan tetingkap di atas desktop.
- penghalang pop up
Anda mempunyai kawalan penuh ke atas laman yang boleh mengeluarkan pop
up/down dan laman yang tidak boleh.
- disertakan bar enjin pencari
Anda boleh menentukan jenis enjin yang hendak digunakan. Anda boleh membuat carian terus dari pelunsur tanpa perlu memasuki ke laman web enjin pencari seperti google.com atau yahoo.com.
